Terms:

Prices in € per apartment per week.

1. A deposit of 20% of the applicable weekly Letting rate is required at time of booking.

2. Balance of Letting Fee is required 4 weeks prior to scheduled occupation.

3. Cancellation of a booking within four weeks of scheduled arrival will result in forfeit of booking fee.

4. A refundable damage deposit of €900.00 is required to cover possible loss or damage to property during occupancy, this to be paid when Balance of Letting Fee is paid - that amount will be refunded within two weeks following letting period, providing no damage / loss occurs.

5. Period of Let is from 17.00 hrs on each arriving Saturday until 12.00 hrs on each departing Saturday.

6. Payments: details of payments provided upon reservation.

7. No pets are permitted at any time within the apartments.

8. In the interests of non smokers - smoking is not permitted within the apartments or common areas.
